From what I can tell, the conversations are the same for levels 1 & 2 as well as for 3 & 4.
If I am not mistaken there was a recent (around September 2013) update which changed some of the conversations. Feel free to report any information that is wrong, especially for the lower levels.

Unfortunately…… the game designers changed more things. I think because their original language isn’t English, they have no clue. Now the convos are even more confusing.

I think it may be similar to Indieband Vocal’s “Do you have a boyfriend?” which is only correct if the other option is wrong.

Miss Wang: One of the convo options is “In the Mood for Love, I love that movie.” And her reply is: “Don’t I look like the heroine?” I don’t think I saw it on the spreadsheet.

Can anyone tell me how to clear “use special conversation to chat with top student”. I’ve tried ‘!?’, ‘Hi’ and make coffee but still doesn’t get the points.
I don’t remember this quest(?) at all… do you have a screenshot of it? Or if anyone else can help, that would be good. 🙂

Yes, unfortunately, because they have changed some of the conversations. 😦 So, for the lower levels, they might be wrong now and I cannot verify or update the information because my Cartoonist is already level 5.
If you could provide the correct updated information, that would really help. 🙂

I’m really glad you did these sheets, they’re really helpful. But this one has some kind of problems, and i think it has been a few months since it started ? When opening it, some part of the list is cut out. I don’t know if I’m the only one dealing with this matter, but right now, i can only see the list for Snowboarder.
I don’t really know what it could come from but I thought it may be good to point this out.

Hey! I think Google changed the way they deal with published spreadsheets, and the applied filter on the spreadsheet now holds for the published version. I share this spreadsheet’s original file with a RL friend of mine and I forgot to tell him about the change, so I think he must’ve applied a filter again when I unapplied it! So sorry, it should be fixed now. 😦 (And I’ll tell him about it right away.)
